We do a lot of training and are constantly finding new ways of getting across brand-led strategic skills.
One thing we’re working on is recognizing different learning types and then tailoring training sessions so that all kinds of people get the most out of the sessions.
Researching this we found this interesting article by Tom Kelley from an old Fast Company (10/05). People learn and grow different ways. If you are interested in developing your people, you must embrace their natural or preferred way of taking and processing new ways of thinking.
